The service
What it includes
A floor that creaks or is no longer level, cracks that keep growing, doors that stick: these are symptoms. The cause is often in the structure, hidden under the flooring or behind the drywall.
Rather than covering up the problem, we open it up, look at the real condition of the structure and correct it: reinforced joists, a new subfloor, framing brought back to plumb. It is the step you no longer see once the work is done, and the one that matters most.
